A Great Opportunity For Learning

4/22/2008 It is not very often that a whole organization can take advantage of trade show education. Normally, only the top executives get to go and listen. This time it is different. Every company can attend the education sessions at the Virtual Technology Show for free, right from your own office. Here is the chance to spread the education around your whole organization.

On April 30 and May 1, the Brown Smith Wallace Consulting Group will host the third Distribution Virtual Tech Fair. It grows each year and while the booths are worth seeing and the environment worth exploring, it is the education I want to focus on.

VIRTUAL EVENT: Distribution Virtual Tech Fair

4/16/2007 Busy executives are finding that the time to attend and gain knowledge from industry experts is shrinking. Gone are the days of sitting in a lecture hall room with someone standing behind a podium presenting industry information. Presentations are now being held online. The Virtual Tech Fair offers many of the same benefits to exhibitors and attendees as a physical trade show. Navigating around the virtual event is simple. Attendees and exhibitors can access all areas of the Virtual Tech Fair from any screen. This fair will take place April 24 and 25. To register or find out more…

Outside Inside Thinking

4/16/2007 The three letters ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) have come to represent what everyone seeks in a computer system. For most distributors, this is a good starting point. For some, it may be all you need. But there is so much more out there.

Migrating To A New Venue .. Distribution Technology Fair Launches Trend

By Angela D. Harris
10/9/2006 Most everybody has walked through your run-of-the-mill tradeshow. The Distribution Virtual Tech Fair, sponsored by the Brown Smith Wallace Consulting Group, was not your run-of-the-mill tradeshow.

Virtual Tech Fair Draws 400 Visitors

11/1/2006 The price of attending a trade fair can add up, what with the cost of travel, registration, meals and lodging. Exhibiting at a fair is even more costly, running into tens of thousands of dollars. For smaller companies, it just might not be worth it to send staff to a show or man a booth.
