There are several ways to initiate a chat session with someone, by clicking on their icon and by utilizing the show search function. Once you start a chat with someone a message will be sent to them with your request. Once they’ve entered the room you can begin typing text to them and have real-time communication with them.

A vCard is best explained as a Virtual Business Card. Send your vCard to another attendee or exhibitor rep so they have all of your contact information. This vCard will automatically be saved in your communication center and you can download it to Excel after the show.

There are several ways to send an in-show email to someone. While in a booth, attendees can click on the person’s icon and Mail button to open up the new mail message window. Attendees can also click on the "Communicate" icon from the top of the screen and select the mail option to create a new email message. A copy of the email will be automatically saved in the sent items box.

When attendees click on a show profile icon they see a screen similar to the one to the left. These personalized profiles can include a bio and a personal message. Filling this information out allows attendees to know if this might be a good fit for networking and other business opportunities. Remember, completely filling out the show profile will help while networking with other attendees and exhibitors at the show.
